We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines carefully before submitting a request.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on full-priced items only within 14 days of delivery.

Items purchased at a discount, during promotions, or with any coupon code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

To be eligible, products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive use or do not meet our return standards.

Requests submitted through email will be processed when we receive your name, order number, and best contact information (i.e., email or phone number).

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Store credit is issued once your return has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Exceptions (If Approved)

In rare cases where a return is approved for a non-eligible item, the following conditions will apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the item’s original retail price

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer
